Booking by Phone
The examination is always preceded by a mandatory gastroenterology consultation. Our specialist assesses the patient's suitability and any contraindications in detail. If everything is in order, the patient can start the preparation.
Detailed Preparation
The patient must follow a special diet and drink a preparation solution in the days before the examination. Our expert colleagues give precise information covering every detail by phone and by e-mail.
Examination at the Clinic
The patient swallows the capsule, puts on a belt and lies down on the robotic control bed. The
clinic part of the examination usually takes place in the morning and takes just
10-15 minutes at our modern, professionally equipped centre.
Examination at Home
After magnetic navigation in the stomach, the capsule moves on through the small bowel and colon at the digestive system's own pace. The valuable diagnostic data recorded during the process are stored by a comfortable, wireless receiver unit.
Professional Evaluation
At the end of the examination, the patient returns the receiver, which our doctors analyse thoroughly before sending the report electronically. If the results are not negative, we strongly recommend a follow-up consultation with our examining doctor.
