Orders over 20 000 Ft placed in the Endomedix Webshop are delivered free of charge within Hungary.
If your order is below this amount, delivery by GLS courier costs 1 490 Ft.
If the Customer chooses MPL, delivery costs 1 990 Ft, plus a handling fee of 1 000 Ft.
Within Hungary, we offer home delivery and delivery to GLS parcel points.
You can also collect your order in person at our premises: 1139 Budapest Esztergomi út 66. Building A, Ground floor 3. (Dagály Sétány Társasház).
In this case, after you place your order, we will let you know in a separate e-mail when the parcel is ready for collection.
We also fulfil international orders by GLS courier to the following countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, France, the Netherlands, Croatia, Poland, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Austria, Denmark and Ireland.
Delivery to these countries costs a flat rate of 8 000 Ft.
Delivery takes 1-3 working days from the date of the order.
Ordered products are delivered by the staff of the courier service chosen by the Customer on working days between 8:00 and 17:00.
Please check that the parcel is undamaged when you receive it. If you notice any damage, tell the courier!
Under Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.), you may withdraw from your order without giving a reason within 30 calendar days of the day you receive the ordered goods.
If you would like to return the goods you ordered, you can do so by post or by any courier service to the following address:
1139 Budapest Esztergomi út 66. Building A, Ground floor 3. (Dagály Sétány Társasház). The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer!
We can only accept goods that are returned undamaged and unused in their original packaging. Our staff will check that the returned goods are undamaged.
If the goods meet the above conditions, we will transfer the purchase price to the bank account you have provided within 15 working days of the goods arriving back with us at the latest.
