Preparation and exposure
For a reliable result, do not follow a restrictive diet in the month before the test. Eat all types of food (for example, dairy products and cereals) several times a week so that your immune system produces detectable antibodies — this avoids a false negative result.

Quick sampling
At our centre, our qualified assistants take the necessary sample with a single blood draw. The process is quick and painless; you do not need to arrive on an empty stomach, but drinking plenty of water is recommended to make sampling easier.
