Biliary spasm - sudden onset of spasmodic abdominal pain under the right costal arch, radiating towards the right shoulder blade, accompanied by nausea, vomiting, possibly fever, which may indicate gallbladder disease.
From Epethe most common cause of spasm is gall bladder fatness. After an eating mistake (eating fatty food), the gallbladder contracts, but the stones in it prevent stored bile from reaching the rat's intestine.
This causes cramping pain and the symptoms mentioned above.
Bile cramps can develop without gallstones, the gall bladder rarer, functional (movement) disorders.
