About Us & Areas of Expertise

As Medical Director of the Endomedix Diagnostic Centre in Győr and Head of the Department of Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology at the Petz Aladár County Teaching Hospital, I have decades of clinical and surgical experience. I am credited with performing the first endoscopic haemorrhage control procedure in Győr-Moson-Sopron County and with its widespread introduction.

My main area of expertise is the precise diagnosis of diseases of the oesophagus, stomach, duodenum, rectum and large intestine. On average, I carry out 1,500 diagnostic procedures and more than 1,000 surgical endoscopic procedures on the digestive tract (e.g. polypectomy). I pay particular attention to colorectal cancer screening programmes, the coeliac disease, as well as the provision of state-of-the-art care for liver diseases.
