Symptoms of rectal tumours – bloody stools, rectal bleeding, a feeling of “incomplete emptying” after a bowel movement, pelvic pain and a change in bowel habits (alternating diarrhoea and constipation) may indicate a rectal tumour.
The anustumours may be indicated by pain in the anusarea, pain or difficulty when opening the bowels, bleeding, and lumps that can be felt when washing.
