Stomach cancer symptoms

Symptoms of stomach cancer - often asymptomatic, often causing symptoms only in advanced cases.

In any case, the stomach canceralarming symptoms include loss of appetite, weight loss, nausea and vomiting, food poisoning, bleeding (black stools, vomiting blood), gastric emptying.

Sometimes it can also cause so-called paraneoplastic symptoms: recurrent venous inflammation/thrombosis, acantosis nigricans (appearance of brownish, velvety skin lesions mainly in the hairline), a specific type of anaemia (microangiopathic haemolytic anaemia).
